Tom Drysdale, President of DBA Construction, Inc. has over 37 years experience in heavy construction specializing in concrete structures, paving, and mass excavation. He has overall responsibility for the company’s management, estimating, scheduling, fieldwork, accounting, and administrative functions. He works closely with all project managers, keeping up to date with current job conditions and progress.
Mr. Drysdale has a Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture from the University of Arizona.
Tim Ginter, P.E.
Tim Ginter, P.E., Vice President and the company’s Preconstruction Manager/Lead Estimator, has complete responsibility over all preconstruction activities on alternative delivery projects including estimating, cost modeling, constructability reviews, etc. Mr. Ginter has been in the heavy construction industry since 1990.
Mr. Ginter is a registered Professional Engineer in the State of Arizona and he has two Bachelor’s degrees, one in Civil Engineering from ASU, and one in Petroleum & Natural Gas Engineering from Penn State.
Mr. Hamula has been in the heavy construction industry since 2004. Jordan’s expertise is in the management of projects requiring extensive concrete placement and excavation for transportation and flood control structures. He has extensive experience working in alternative project deliveries including design-build and construction manager at risk. Jordan has a B.S. in Construction Management from NAU. In 2013, Jordan was named as a company Principal and is part owner of DBA Construction.
Mr. Maurer has worked in the heavy construction industry in Arizona since 1981. His expertise is in grading, paving and structural concrete applications for power transmission/generation and municipal public works. Bob’s specialty of serving as a Contract Manager for Job Order Contracts has added to his overall experience in working in alternative delivery. Bob has a B.S. in Construction Engineering from ASU. He has completed training in Job Order Contracting with the Del E. Webb School for Construction.
Beginning in 2009 as an Intern for DBA Construction while attending ASU’s Del Webb School of Construction, she obtained excellent on-the-job training in construction management, estimating, procurement, scheduling, and quantity take-offs. After completion of her major studies, Briselda worked for large construction management firms in Phoenix. Returning to DBA in 2015, she has managed several Job Order Contract task orders requiring excellent communication skills and project scheduling. Briselda has a B.S. degree in Construction Management from ASU.
Mr. Woolwine is an experienced project manager for heavy construction projects, with specialized experience in industrial and power generation facilities. Starting as a Crew Foreman with DBA in 2005, Matt provided supervision and subcontractor coordination on a wide variety of heavy civil construction projects including flood control structures, bridges, and extensive paving projects. His experience and dedication to the industry has allowed him to expand his knowledge into crew supervision, estimating, scheduling, procurement and project management for some of DBA’s most important clients. Matt has first-hand knowledge of design-build and other alternative delivery methods and has been instrumental in sharing innovative ideas to the team resulting in lowered overall project costs and safety management.

Ms. Sapon has been working in the Phoenix area providing marketing and business development services for construction, architecture and engineering companies for more than 30 years. She has been with DBA since April, 2012 and was recently invited to participate in the company’s long-term strategic planning by purchasing stock and becoming a principal in the firm.
Joining DBA in July 2015 as a Heavy Equipment Operator, Mr. Riccobono quickly rose to the position of Safety Manager. Beginning his career with the US Army, Frank served more than 14 years including two tours in Iraq during Desert Storm. Frank is OSHA 510 Certified, is DBA’s designated Comprehensive Dust Control Manager, is a Certified Highline Clearing Arborist, and recently passed the test with the American Red Cross to be a Certified Instructor for First Aid and CPR.
Mr. Lewis began his areer in constructiion working for the Bureau of Indian Affairs. He has been with DBA since 2002 and during that time has provided crew supervision and subcontractor management on most of DBA’s larger earthmoving projects. He has a great deal of knowledge related to ADOT specifications and through his work at Palo Verde Generating Station, has proven to be an excellent asset on projects requring strict security measures. Mr.Lewis is also a US Army veteran.
Rob has been providing heavy civil construction services since 2001. Beginning his career as a heavy equipment operator, Rob has a clear understanding of how civil construction projects are developed from the ground up. Starting at DBA in 2009, Rob was promoted in 2014 to Foreman and then to Superintendent in 2017. Rob specializes in large-scale, industrial facility and power generation projects requiring extensive underground utility work.
Bob’s career began in 2003 when he got a job as a Laborer working for a small, local heavy civil contractor specializing in residential development. Over the past 16 years, he has expanded his knowledge to include a multitude of small to medium-sized civil projects. Bob started at DBA in June 2016 and has specialized in project supervision and crew training on many of our JOC contracts.
