In order to be hired as an employee of DBA Construction, you must be able to pass both a drug/alcohol screening test and a seven-year background check…ensuring that we properly address our clients’ needs relative to security and eligibility.

OFFERING BONUSES
Important to note: DBA is currently offering hiring bonuses for both Concrete Finishers and CDL Drivers. We also pay current employees bonuses for recommending qualified new hires that remain employed by DBA for a minimum of 30 days.
